misconceptions (KOSM), in the subject area and at the
grade level for which they planned to teach. As a
preservice teacher, you can take any of the online

How do high school and college in-school and out-of-school
time courses and programs affect preservice science

We found several factors, from taking calculus in high
school to talking about science to others in high school or
college, that positively affected preservice teachers’ SMK
and KOSM.
